my heatwave combat strat is
- air the house in the morning, do any oven cooking then
- as soon as outside temp starts going over 75, seal the house and run AC aggressively
- then depending on how long the heat lasts into the night, start turning AC down to mild until it’s fresh enough to open all windows again the entire night til next morning
it’s supposed to save the daily total effort expended in keeping the housing cold, (saving electricity) as opposed to only turning on AC in the afternoon, as it’s easier to maintain a regular temp place cold than to turn a hot place into cold.. at least that’s what i once read online
it’s 9am now and apt is so cold that I pulled out the only piece of clothing with long sleeves that i can wear over polo shirt

Crispy Paneer Cheese
This one was surprisingly meh. My cheese did not come out nearly as crispy – the marinate started burning. Looking at the photos, I probably cut the cheese too small. Looking back at the photo it looks more like tofu than fried cheese. The rest of the plate was also so-so.. a mix of different flavors was nice, but it was missing something.

I was stressed about work and stuff, and decided to walk a bit.
When are they gonna give me a menu though?
