  • 불여우 1.03 업글 나오다 (영문)

    가서 받으시라. 오늘 나왔단다. 참 바쁘게도 패치를 돌린다. 99년 동안 한달에 한번 꼴로 윈도98/IE5 보안 패치 나오던 것 구경하던것 같아서 감회가 새롭다. 이번 업글 별것은 아니고 보안 기능을 몇개 추가했단다. 한글 버전은 아직 번역이 마무리 되지 않았나 보다. 쪼끔 기다리시면 되겠다.

    wikitech: Lucene on the server, with searches 한동안 중단되었던 위키피디어 검색 기능이 복구되었다. 데이터베이스가 방대해지면서 기술적으로 미디어위키 프로그램이 제대로 받쳐주지 못하는 모양이다. 그런데 급하다고 야후와 제휴하다니… (likejazz님의 상황 분석)적어도 토론페이지에서는 맹비판이 거세다. (특히 “야후는 개인정보 관리에 인색하다”라는 코멘트가 하이라이트) 하여간 불여우 검색 플러긴을 통해서 한단계 건너뛰고 검색하는 기능도 복귀.
