Ground beef and poblano pepper
Pan-cooked ground beef, poblano pepper, zucchini squash with Mexican spice blend, carrots, lettuce and curry couscous.
I probably should have let the ground beef chunk just sit against the pan for a while and get its exterior surface more cooked than the rest of the meat.
Lunch Version
added curry powder broccoli and more carrots
Dinner Version
added more shrimps and garlic, and vinegar-marinated tomato
Breakfast version again
added nuts

Za’atar Chicken ver.2
Za’atar Chicken with Tomatoes, 천사채(White Kelp+Mayo), Broccoli, Zucchini, Carrots. Used up the one bell pepper from version 1, so added the tomatoes and 천사채. Ran out of Za’atar spices, so used Za’atar on 2 pieces of chicken, and leftover Mexican spice blend (from Blue Apron) on the third piece. Also, pre-cooked the chicken 12 minutes in the oven at 400F before pan frying. This one came out better.

Za’atar Chicken
Za’atar Chicken with Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Zucchini, Carrots, and Walnuts. I just mixed up stuff with ingredients I had following similar cooking styles from past Blue Apron recipes and leftover spices. It tasted just meh.. the walnuts saved the day. And most critically, the chicken came out undercooked (noooooo)
