Hair without headband
- since i no longer have sleep apnea, i’ve been sleeping without the CPAP machine. I had been using the CPAP’s headband to keep hair propped up during the night. I no longer have that. hair went brrr

Massaman Curry
I put Massaman curry paste in this but I think I need to add actual peanut butter into this to make it take on that particular flavor. Maybe I’ll add it for tomorrow’s
- Massaman curry paste, coconut cream
- Chicken, tofu
- Red bell pepper, purple onions, carrots, bamboo shots, garlic, ginger. Butter instead of olive oil
- Green onion, almond, lime

Thai Chicken Red Curry
- Red Curry Paste (used the whole 23 servings of paste for about 4 actual curry servings. it wasn’t very spicy nor particularly flavorful)
- Chicken thighs
- Tofu
- Bamboo shoots, Carrots, Purple Onions, Ginger, Garlic,
- Lime juice, almonds, green olives
After eating, Christine felt the green olives were a bit out of place as garnish.

I’m not sure why the restaurant menu put this curry under the “Side Orders” category. but it was great.
