Christine will purchase the following items and stores them in Parish Hall kitchen fridge around 3pm:

  • 1 case of red wine, 1 case of white wine, beer 24 bottles/4 cases, champagne 24 bottles (8 ppl each bottle), water, coke/sodas, sparking apple cider
  • wedding cake and sheet cake
  • food for snacks/Saturday lunch (for about 5 people)
  • flowers for bouquets
  • Hang guest posterboards
Main Sanctuary Setup
  • Church will lay out its own electric candles and aisle runners along the aisle
  • 4 microphones: 1 for officiant, 1 for bride/groom, 2 for people doing other things (bible, poem, singing)
  • 1 table behind Church Main Entrance for Guest Registration set up by Church

– Appetizers: Chacuterie Boards for 150 people
– Bride & Groom prepared a basic 20-minute photo slides video. Video has no audio. Play video on repeat until Toasts. (7:20pm)
