- 1 case of red wine, 1 case of white wine, beer 24 bottles/4 cases, champagne 24 bottles (8 ppl each bottle), water, coke/sodas, sparking apple cider
- wedding cake and sheet cake
- food for snacks/Saturday lunch (for about 5 people)
- flowers for bouquets

- 4 microphones: 1 for officiant, 1 for bride/groom, 2 for people doing other things (bible, poem, singing)
