change default non-prefixed URLs to KoreanLanguage detection: before it was whether the OS locale as ko_KR, but instead, cvan we detect whether or not the computer does have Korean input keyboard layout enabled? Does any other site do something like this?
Have the detection apply to root folder, but also to permalinks without prefixes (eg krcla.org/donate) -
