Pan-Seared Cod with Pickled Onion & Arugula Salad

i’ve been trying out having a second desk set up right next to the window. Having the main desk next to the window is one of the setups I tried out in the beginning, but ended up moving it away, I don’t remember now why.. maybe the glare? And there was a lot of afternoon sunlight shining over the entire half of the lounge, which now I learned to shield with blinds which helps a lot with room temps. But anyway just mentally, having more of the sunlight directly and passing cars seen through my peripheral vision i think would be helpful.
Blue Apron’s semi-vegetarian recipes are something else. Their shrimp and orzo dishes are als good, but this.. wow so many layers of flavor.

구운 콜리플라워 몇번 먹어봤는데 이번 요리가 향이며 식감이랑 최고다 그리고 보통 블루에이프런에서 내놓는 채식중심 요리는 칼로리가 900이상으로 높았는데 이건 겨우 620 칼로리? 소스를 적게 써서 그런듯
